Jean Paul Gaultier in Diet Coke Campaign.

近年，較為大型的時裝表演都喜歡在北京和上海舉行，曾叱吒風雲的Jean Paul Gaultier，將首次踏足北京舉行大型時裝展。今個星期五，品牌的春夏高級訂造服，與秋冬男女系列將會被Mr. Gaultier重新組合，屆時，必定展示出頑童大師最新、最前所未見的混搭神乎其技。有幸參與這次盛事，作為時裝愛好者的我當然興奮，熱熾期待!

失眠和精神緊張一向是香港人的通病，以前我兩樣都有，不過依家已經好好多，失眠問題大概於一年前已經完全醫好(我認為中醫針灸幫助很大，已在較早前介紹過)，只是間中在工作太忙的時候會有一點緊張，同埋有時會發吓惡夢咁，但自從用了這個佈滿尖型膠釘的墊，可以一覺瞓到大天光之餘，夢都唔見發多個。呢個膠墊名為Yantra Mattan，我叫佢做spikes，是一個來自瑞典的品牌，Yantra是品牌名稱，Mattan是瑞典語”墊”的意思，Gives a deeper rest and renewed energy和Eases tensions，是品牌推出產品的最大用意，品牌標榜能舒緩緊張，讓人得到更深層的休息，當你stressed out，瞓得唔好，低能量，肌肉緊張，頭痛，背部或頸部酸痛時，都可以坐、趴或躺上墊上，讓自己有一個更完整的休息。我用到已經上了癮，唔用當然都瞓得著，但用了之後就可以在5-10分鐘內瞓著，同埋唔會發夢吖嘛，「正」好多架!

第一次用，一定要小心躺在spikes墊上，開始的1-5分鐘，你會感到一些痛楚，但這種疼過一陣就會消失，然後你要平靜地深呼吸和放鬆，直至你的體重均勻地分佈在接觸點，之後你就會開始慢慢接受，如果痛得太厲害，可以在墊上鋪一塊薄布，如枕頭套，床單，純棉T恤等，我已習慣每晚在臨瞓之前，除掉上衣躺在spikes上，讓背部與尖釘零距離的接觸約15-30分鐘，然後便會抱頭大睡。

瑞典人出名注重健康，Yantra mat曾於2009年在瑞典雜誌<Kropp Sjal>的“Body & Soul”中被選為The Best產品。這個又稱為穴位按摩墊的背面飾有美麗Yantra符號，當你不用墊子時，可以用來做daily meditation。如果不太肥胖，選擇M size便可以，正如我是穿細碼衫和男友穿中/大碼衫都是用M size的spikes。剛收到負責人Per Olsson回覆，一張M size的Yantra mat售49 USD(約港幣$382)，運費約 6 USD(約港幣$47)，總共55 USD(約港幣$429)。
